Request removal of your personal information
You can ask Green Innova to delete personal information you submitted through the website or related communications. You do not need a website account to make a request. This page explains the request process; visiting it does not automatically delete data.
1. Send your request
- Email info@green-innova.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name and the email address or phone number you used when contacting us. Where possible, send the request from that email address.
- Tell us which information you want removed, such as a contact enquiry, solar calculator submission, quotation details, newsletter subscription, or chat messages. An approximate submission date or reference helps locate the record.
Do not send passwords, payment information, or copies of identity documents with your initial request. If you cannot use email, call +973 1760 0334 or use our contact page to ask for assistance.
2. Verification and review
Before deleting information, we may ask for limited additional details to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records. If you are acting for someone else, we may need evidence of your authority. This helps prevent unauthorised deletion or disclosure.
Requests are reviewed under applicable data protection law and its response deadlines. We will explain the outcome, any information needed to proceed, and any reason we cannot fulfil all or part of the request.
3. Information within the request's scope
Your request may cover contact details, enquiry messages, calculator inputs, related quotation selections, Academy enquiries and background details, newsletter subscription records, and identifiable chat history held by Green Innova. Please state whether you want all eligible information removed or only specific records.
Deletion may prevent us from continuing an enquiry or preparing a quotation. If you only want to stop promotional messages, request an unsubscribe instead.
4. Records that may need to be retained
Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, accounting, an ongoing contract, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Where this affects your request, we will explain the relevant reason and scope. Data that has been irreversibly anonymised can no longer be linked to you.
Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle and may not be immediately removable. A request to Green Innova does not delete information independently held by WhatsApp, Google, or other external platforms. You may need to use those providers' own privacy controls or request processes.
5. Follow up or raise a concern
Reply to the same email thread to follow up and include any request reference provided. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may raise your concern with Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Authority. Read our Privacy Policy for more information about how website data is handled.
